Christmas in Our Hearts

See

http://filipino.biz.ph/pasko/xmashear.html

When we first dabbled in publishing web sites around 1998, one of our first projects was this "Maligayang Pasko Chordbook" (or "Merry Christmas Chordbook") with guitar chords and lyrics of Filipino Christmas songs and carols with the help of members of our original MSC Band who are all performing musicians now. Over the years, with very few updates, it has been growing in popularity. We recently added some YouTube videos to the pages, which are really cool.

"Christmas in our hearts" is one of our favorites, and it a beautiful song celebrating the joy and happiness of the holidays and remembering God. The video features the duet of the composer-singer Jose Mari Chan and his daughter Liza Chan.

/Whenever I see girls and boys, selling lanterns in the streets I remember the Child, in the manger as He sleeps Whenever there are people, giving gifts exchanging cards I believe that Christmas, is truly in their hearts Let's light our Christmas trees, for a bright tomorrow Where nations are at peace, and all are one in God./

/ Let's sing "Merry Christmas and a happy holiday"

This season, may we never forget, the love we have for Jesus Let Him be the One to guide us, as another new year stars And may the spirit of Christmas, be always in our hearts./

/ In every prayer and every song, the community unites Celebrating the birth, of our Saviour Jesus Christ Let love, like that starlight, on that first Christmas morn Lead us back to the manger, where Christ the Child was born So come let us rejoice, come and sing the Christmas carol With one big joyful voice, proclaim the name of the Lord/

/ Let's sing "Merry Christmas, and a happy holiday"

This season, may we never forget, the love we have for Jesus Let Him be the One to guide us, as another new year starts And may the spirit of Christmas, be always in our hearts!/

Holiday cheers!
